The weather has been crazy here in Southern California. Last week it went from like 90 degrees on Monday to down in the 30’s by Friday and raining. We try not to put on the heat, but we definitely put on the electric blanket. And can I tell you, I didn’t have an electric blanket until I was married and I can’t believe what I was missing out on…it is awesome I don’t know how I lived without one before!
Anyways, today I have a recipe for a simple drink that is perfect for the cold weather. It is pretty similar to the Grown-up Apple Cider I shared a few weeks ago, but there’s cookie dough. Ok, there’s not actual cookie dough in the recipe, but there’s nothing that says you can’t put a little scoop on top of the whipped cream

Update: For those of you looking for a nonalcoholic version it looks like there is cookie dough flavored syrup you can use instead of the vodka. I haven’t tried this, so I’m not sure if it is good or not.
