If you haven’t noticed by now, or you’re new to The Pink Flour, I like to keep things simple when it comes to my baking. Now my husband may not agree with me after having to put up with me spending hours in the kitchen (usually on some cupcakes), but at least that’s my goal. Well, the recipe I have for you today is mean to be easy, simple and requires no actually baking
You may remember back in October I made some Candy Corn Pretzel Bark for Halloween. I thought it would be fun to change-up the recipe and add a peppermint twist that makes it perfect for the holidays.
And leave it up to Wilton to make Candy Cane Colorburst Candy melts. I was all prepared to crush up some candy canes and mix them into white chocolate, but I didn’t even need to do that with this recipe.
I think the whole recipe took me about half an hour from start to finish. I think the hardest thing about the recipe is cutting it into pieces at the end. It’s a little time consuming and you have to live with the fact that pieces won’t be perfect or all the same size.
I think this bark would go perfect with some hot chocolate
