Grilled Peanut Butter Banana S’mores
Yields: 4 Servings
1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
2 cups mini marshmallows
4 graham cracker squares, broken into bite size pieces
1 . Using a sharp knife, cut down each banana lengthwise (on the side that is curved in). Squeeze the banana open on either end so it forms a little boat.
2. Fill each banana with 1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups & 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. Tear foil into pieces big enough to wrap around the entire banana leaving enough space at the top so you’re not touching the fillings. Fold the foil over on the top creating a pouch.
3. Place bananas on the grill on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until filling has melted. Remove from grill, tear open the foil and top with graham cracker pieces. Enjoy!
