I can’t believe Halloween is only three weeks away. I have always loved Halloween and especially liked making my own costumes as a kid. One year I was a mailbox….I made it from a cardboard box and some poster board. It fit over my head and it opened to my face. Another year I was El Nino (you know the weather phenomenom)…complete with a yellow raincoat and fake rain.

Halloween has taken on an even greater significance as of late. It was at a Halloween party that I met my husband :)  For the past few years, we have dressed up for Halloween as a couple. One year we were Jon and Kate (pre-divorce). We haven’t decided what we are going to be this year and we’re not sure if we will do a couple costume. So I put together a list of 15 ideas for fun DIY adult costumes. Most don’t require sewing and would be relatively easy to put together. Enjoy!
